Spearman HS celebrated Future Awareness Day. These seniors have been accepted to West Texas A&M University: Emmanuel, Braylen, Emma, Mayra, Destinee, Gissele, and Lindsey. Congratulations! Go Buffs!


All campuses will have an early release tomorrow, Nov. 3rd, 2023.
School will begin at the regular time. The first bell is at 7:55 a.m. The tardy bell is at 8:00 a.m.
Gus Birdwell will be dismissed at 12:00 p.m.
Spearman Junior High will be dismissed at 12:14 p.m.
Spearman High School will be dismissed at 12:21 p.m.


The Spanish III class completed their study on the ofrenda. An ofrenda,is usually created by the family members of a person who has died and is intended to welcome the deceased to the altar setting.



Due to construction at the front entrance of the high school (by the flag poles) on Friday, November 3, all visitors must enter through the SISD business office. The construction should be completed by Monday, but more information may be provided. Thank you for your cooperation.

Halloween is always a fun time of year, and it's even more exciting when you can dress up like your favorite people! Tonight, some students from GBE and SJH decided to dress up as their favorite LYNX football coach. Coach Vaughn, Coach Witten, and Coach Musgrave are all great choices!




The GT students of GBE were given a tour of SportZone, and listened to an explanation of each department. Thank you to SportZone for a fantastic time!










Mrs. Cardenas' EB class worked very hard to put together a Day of the Dead alter to honor and remember their loves ones.




Al Muniz from Lovell Lovell Isern & Farabough will present on November 14th. The presentation will be in Spanish.



The First Year Teacher Academy had a great day of learning.

A group of Spearman FFA students competed at the Tarleton LDE Invitational Contest last week to help prepare for District.
