!!MySchoolBucks Program Fee Increase Effective March 7th!!
Due to rising payment processing interchange fees and continued increases in operational costs, MySchoolBucks is updating their program fee that parents and guardians pay at checkout to $3.25 for all cafeteria credit/debit card prepayments beginning on March 7th. If your district accepts e-checks, the program fee for electronic check payments will increase to $2.75 per meal payment on the same date.

The February Above and Beyond Award was presented to Nora Saenz, Rebecca McKay, and Laura Camacho. If you have ever been in the administration office, you would have been welcomed with a friendly smile and helpful hand. These ladies are the essence of what going above and beyond the call of duty looks like in the business world. When the district needed a new financial officer, these ladies stepped up and took on new roles and responsibilities while maintaining their previous responsibilities.
Camacho started training for the new financial officer position while Saenz began training to manage payroll. Not only were they training for new positions but cross-training one another. McKay has taken on new responsibilities in the areas of cafeteria and transportation while upholding the district position of PEIMS coordinator.
“The ladies in the administration office are the backbone of the district,” stated Superintendent, Dan Gist. “They manage a great deal of responsibilities and have extended their work time to be able to meet deadlines. I am very proud of them!” continued Gist.
“Their work dedication has not gone unnoticed. We are fortunate to have a high level of professionalism in the main office of the district. Guests are always welcomed with a friendly smile and warm greeting.” added Kristi Ramon.
Congratulations on your well-deserved award!
