She has up to three separate classes in one period, and you would never know. She has grown as a teacher this year, takes every day as a learning experience, and comes back the next day ready to teach even better. She supports all kids and co-workers. In her classroom, she holds kids accountable with content and discipline, and she is not afraid of leaning on her admin for help and guidance when making decisions. With this structure, her kids are engaged and taking learning into their own hands.
