Spearman Junior High will be recognizing World Kindness Week November 11th - 14th. During this time, students and staff are encouraged to dress up for the following days:
Tuesday : Kindness "ties" us together - wear a tie or bow tie Wednesday : We don't "hide" from kindness - wear camo Thursday: We "work out" our problems with kindness - wear your work out gear Friday : Peace, Love, and Kindness - wear tie-dye
Dress code will be enforced for each day.

Congratulations to Mr. Born and the outstanding group of students who completed their Texas Cattle Feeders Association Feedyard Technician Program today at WTAMU. Students receiving their Industry Based Certification are: L-R : Vlad Caro, Matt Allen, Blake Myers, Maddox Ortiz, Brayson Goodheart, Jailen Vasquez, Colton DeHaan, Amos Beck, and Zach Sasser. Amos Beck was named High Point Individual. Way to go!

Congratulations to the following AG students for receiving their TCFA Feedyard Technician Machinery Operation, Safety and Repair Certifications: Vlad Caro, Matt Allen, Blake Myers, Maddox Ortiz, Brayson Goodheart, Jailen Vasquez, Colton Dehaan, Amos Beck, and Zachry Sasser
Amos Beck got an Outstanding Achievement award for being the highest scorer out of all schools testing today in all areas which includes wheel loader operation and safety, skid steer operation and safety, welding, heat bend, heat cut, lockout tag out PPE, interview and communication skills.

It’s been a week full of fun and friendly competition at GBE! Our staff took part in “Pumpkin Ninja,” where they had to sneak pumpkins without getting caught. Pumpkin Ninja Winners: Miss Evelyn Becerill (para) and Mrs. Raya. (1st Grade Teacher) We also played a round of song trivia, and Mrs. Ooley’s class was the lucky caller number five! Congratulations to all our winners! Have a safe and happy Halloween! 👻

Our GBE Picnic with Parents 2025 was filled with smiles, laughter, and memories we’ll always cherish. Thank you to all the families who joined us for this wonderful day! ✨
Mrs. Abercrombie's class has been hard at work in the kitchen during the month of October. Students have mastered baking cakes and making icing from scratch. On Friday, they wrapped up their October baking with a Cupcake Wars competition. Students had to create a display, pick a theme and decorate!
